West Midlands Safari Park are currently recruiting for the position of Safari Tour Guide.

Schedule

Hours: Up to 37.5, dependent on the needs of the business

Work pattern: Including weekends, bank holidays and evenings

Responsibilities

As part of this exciting role you will provide an interactive minibus tour experience around our Safari Animal Reserves, sharing knowledge and insight of our zoological collection and other onsite attractions and experiences with our guests.

The role will also include up‑selling items such as Animal Food, Guidebooks and our VIP Experiences, daily vehicle checks including physical inspection and any follow up of vital maintenance.

About you

The ideal candidate will need to be highly motivated, have a strong customer focus and possess excellent communication skills as the role is a predominantly guest facing position.
