Primary Position Purpose
To assist with administration and work queries
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reception duties, including welcoming clients and visitors
- General office administration and filing
- Typing of minutes, letters, contracts, and sub-consultancy agreements
- Preparation of invoices, payment certificates, and WAFs
- Collection and compilation of sundry informationTender preparation, submission, and client liaison regarding queries
- Administrative support to all Project Managers
- Handling calls, emails, letters, and other communications
- Screening phone calls and coordinating meetings
