Role Overview:

Run Loyal is a vertical Saa S platform built for the pet care industry with real bookings, real customers, real uptime requirements. As Technical Support, you'll be embedded with engineering and Dev Ops to keep production systems healthy. You'll monitor infrastructure, triage incidents, manage cloud and database operations, and pick up meaningful Saa S ops skills fast.

What You'll Own

Production Support Monitor apps and internal tools, analyze logs and alerts, escalate issues, and support incident handling end-to-end.

AWS Infrastructure Work with EC2, VPC, Subnets, and Security Groups. Assist deployments and support day-to-day cloud server management.

Database Operations Create and manage My SQL users, execute SQL queries, and assist with maintenance and troubleshooting.
