Help us build S2P (Source to Pay) First Level Support team for European markets.

**Tasks & responsibilities**

As an **S2P Direct Specialist** , you will be responsible for:

• Providing support for the Source to Pay process starting from order creation to the payment
• Assisting & answering queries from the global user community related to invoices and purchase orders
• Providing training on how to use the WeBuy Purchasing Tool (SAP Ariba)
• Being the main contact for external suppliers – 1st level support
• Processing requests in ServiceNow
• Processing incoming queries (via phone call, MS Teams or e-mail) from BI employees as well as suppliers globally
• Analyzing system mistake...
