Job Description
**Camping World** is seeking a high energy, motivated **RV Sales Associate** to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RV’s, have fun and make money!
This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn **$50,000 to $150,000** or more annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify!
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
+ Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations
+ Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team
+ Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
**What You’ll Need to Have for the Role:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent is required
+ 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, ...
