- Strong hands-on experience with Rust programming.
- Experience in developing backend services, APIs, and microservices.
- Knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, memory management, and asynchronous programming (Tokio/Async Rust).
- Familiarity with Linux, Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is preferred.
