Role Profile - Run and Test Vehicle Tech

We’re looking for a practical, detail focused individual to join our team in a hands on role that’s central to the success of our operations. Working with end‑of‑life vehicles, you’ll be responsible for identifying, testing, and preparing mechanical components for re‑sale or recycling. Your work will directly support inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and the overall efficiency of the business.

This position requires a strong mechanics background - whether through professional workshop experience or personal hands on knowledge. Ideally, you’ll also hold a Level 3 Mechanics qualification, though we’re open to candidates who can demonstrate equivalent ability and enthusiasm.

Location: Poole Site, BH12

Salary: £32,110.00

Working Hours: 42.5 hrs per week

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday

Reporting to: Run and Test Supervisor/ Manager
