Ruby Developer - Remote, Latin America

**What we are looking for**:
- Over 7 years of software development experience working on both client and server-side code.
- Experience with Ruby on Rails and various JavaScript Frameworks.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles.
- Understanding of CSS.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
- Knowledge of service-oriented architecture and design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-learning and development of skills.
- Strong work ethic and desire to consistently meet deadlines.
- A positive mindset and can-do attitude.
- Forensic attention to detail.
