What you will do:

This role will be responsible forDBC RTR in scope entities related projects, Global Initiatives and future ERP migration projects etc.

How you will do it:

·Work with RTR operation team in Local and Global Initiatives/projects

·Support the RTR Function Lead as a PMO role with ERP migration projects 

·Support Management Team and RTR Function Lead to drive productivity, cooperate with RTR SVs and other function's leader to achieve the target

·Support Center Lead and RTR Function Lead to coordinate and consolidate APAC consolidation reports/information/BU requests

·Value-adding – proactively analyzing the root causes of key operation issues/improvement areas to support Center Lead and RTR Function Lead to achieve best-in-class target

·Require at least over 6-8 years working experience in RTR area,
