Designation: RTR Associate Department: Finance & Accounts Work Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office Working Hours: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM IST Cab Facility: Available within a 15 km radius from the office Education: CA, CMA, Semi CA, MBA Work experience: 4-8 Years Job Purpose: The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) process, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and process efficiency. It also involves supporting audits, financial reporting, SAP improvements, and driving automation initiatives. Duties & Responsibilities: Experience in external audit or Tech/IT Services MNCs is preferred Hands-on experience with mandatory in SAP and strong Excel skills Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Skills & Knowledge: Record to Report SAP HANA Advance MS Excel
