Job Description
Responsible for day-to-day management of all general accounting functions (General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, , including month-end close, general ledger account analysis, preparation of monthly internal financial statements, and reporting into HFM, while interfacing with all levels ranging from executive to customers. Responsible for the development and maintenance of related systems, policies and procedures to accurately and efficiently execute financial transactions, while effectively managing staff and deadlines.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Owns the end-to-end close calendar across all Business Unit (BU) stakeholders and GFS team members, including the following:
Map out end-to-end close process including all inputs required for a successful close and with clear ownership, dependencies, and timing expectations.
