ROLE SUMMARY 
Responsible for driving the strategic vision and championing prioritization of Vaccines Portfolio in close collaboration with MERA Cluster President and Country Managers in the region. 
Responsible to drive incremental growth by bringing new opportunities, challenging ambition and enabling best practices to be shared and scaled. 
Provides an independent perspective and category expertise into local business decision making. 
Accountable for matrix leadership of local marketing, category leads, cross-functional partners across multiple countries and close interaction with EM Brand Implementation Leads and Global colleagues 
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES  
Sets regional vision and direction for the therapeutic area (objectives, strategies, tactics, omnichannel strategies, products lifecycle from pre-launch, etc.).
