If you’re confident handling RTA claims and want the freedom to manage your own files properly, this role is built around that.

You’ll step into a busy team with a steady stream of work, taking ownership of your own RTA caseload from the outset. The expectation isn’t to sit underneath layers of supervision, it’s to run your files end‑to‑end, make decisions, and deliver results for clients.

In the first few months, you’ll focus on picking up your caseload and getting into a rhythm. From there, it’s about building consistency, strengthening your litigation skills, managing cases efficiently, and developing your approach across a range of RTA matters.
