RSA - Retail Travel Consultant - Hilton (Pietermaritzburg)

Opportunity

As a Travel Consultant, you will work full time, on site in one of our Hilton retail stores, on a rotating roster across a 7-day trade. This is a target-driven sales role where success is measured through KPIs, revenue, conversion, and customer satisfaction.

You will take ownership of the customer journey from first enquiry through to booking and follow-up, selling complete travel solutions - not just flights.

What You Will Be Doing

• Convert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings through consultative sales conversations
• Work toward individual KPIs and sales targets, earning commission on every sale
• Sell end-to-end travel solutions including flights, accommodation, tours, cruises, car hire, transfers, and travel insurance
