Must-Haves:

• 8+ years of extensive knowledge of P25 radio technology acquired through design and/or support, preferably in a Motorola environment
• 5+ years in a supervisory position managing and/or administering a P25 radio network
• Hands-on experience with voice and data encryption equipment such as KMF, KMF workstation and KVL
• Hands-on experience using Motorola ZoneWatch, the Provisioning Manager software(PM)
