Must Have:

1. Experience delivery in a tight deadline and high-pressure environment
2. Strong communication skills, leading and hands-on exp.
3. Demonstrated experience in successfully managing complex, multi-phase projects in a regulated or public sector environment.
4. Proven ability to meet project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, especially on multi-year, multi-million-dollar projects, multi-stakeholder engagements.
5. Skilled in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact project timelines, budget, or deliverables.
