• 8+ years working with backend data and BMC ITSM v9+ features .
• 8+ years of experience mapping business requirements into functional specifications
• Experience designing and building custom data‑driven solutions
• Experience developing reports, ARS code, and integrations in Helix
  SaaS setting
• Public Sector Experience

Nice‑to‑have

• Bachelor's or master's in business, health, engineering, computer science, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
