Responsibilities: Review business requirements with stakeholders and clarify as needed. Walk through solution designs with Experience Optimization team, then build and unit test the approved solution in lower environments. Support stakeholders during validation and testing and document both the solution and promotion steps. Support the development and design of an aligned user profile management tool to support streamlined customer experience in line with PB4P goals. Desired Skills: Bachelors or masters in business, health, engineering, computer science, or a related field; or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience integrating Remedy solutions with Web Services.
