Job Responsibilities

• Handle end to end recruitment for US healthcare accounts
• Source screen interview and endorse candidates
• Recruit US Registered Nurses US Travel Nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Build and maintain strong healthcare talent pipeline
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and sourcing tools
• Work in high volume RPO recruitment environment
• Coordinate with hiring managers onboarding and credentialing teams
• Ensure candidates meet US compliance and licensing requirements
• Meet recruitment targets and hiring metrics
