RPA Team Lead

Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on RPA Team Lead to support and guide the migration of an offshore automation team remotely. This person will be playing a critical role in knowledge transfer, team leadership, and the successful delivery of UiPath-based solutions within a banking environment. This individual will operate as both a technical leader and people manager, driving day-to-day RPA operations including ticket management, issue resolution, and release coordination. The ideal candidate is highly experienced with UiPath and should be able to provide hands-on support with development, debugging, enhancements, job scheduling, and bot performance monitoring. This person should ensure that automation processes run smoothly end-to-end, ensuring continuous improvement of automation processes and overall delivery quality.
