RPA Program Consultant

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an experienced RPA Program Consultant to help stand up and mature an enterprise RPA and AI-enabled automation portfolio within a large Wealth Management Technology organization. This role will act as a strategy and program execution partner, working closely with senior technology and business leaders to define operating models, establish governance, prioritize use cases, and communicate value through executive-level forums. This consultant will play a critical role in shaping how RPA and AI initiatives run in parallel, supporting the creation of pods and delivery frameworks, while helping drive alignment across business operations, technology teams, and steering committees.
