We are UMG, the world’s leading music company. In this 6-month contract you will serve as a Royalty Accountant in our Publishing team in the Philippines, ensuring accurate financial reporting and timely royalty distribution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute precise half-yearly royalty statements for songwriters and partners, ensuring transparency and trust.
• Manage and process royalty advances to support partners and songwriters.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly income schedules and statements to Global Admin.
• Record, reconcile, and harmonize royalty cash receipts with precision.
• Ensure accurate capture and reporting of all revenue streams, promptly resolving discrepancies.
• Proactively review debtor lists and engage with clients regarding payment statuses, maintaining positive relationships.
