Summary of Role

The Project Worker role is designed for someone who has a passion for working face to face with young people with extremely complex needs who often can’t access mainstream housing and homeless services.

To provide high-quality, person-centred support to vulnerable young people aged 16–25 experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness, including those with complex and multiple needs such as substance misuse, mental health challenges, offending behaviours, trauma histories, and high dependency support requirements.

You will be the first point of contact with services and support young people on a one-to-one basis, tailoring the support to their individual needs. By being a continued single point of contact you will support them in their recovery to find employment, undertake training, cultivate positive social circles and develop the necessary skills to maintain accommodation and independence, ultimately avoiding a return to homelessn...
