About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for motivated individuals to join our team as a Senior Rotational Clinical Pharmacist. If you are ambitious and forward‑thinking, you will enhance clinical expertise while developing management skills in one of South West London’s largest teaching hospitals. As an Acute Trust, you will work across a diverse range of medical conditions, including the South West London Elective Orthopaedic Centre and the dedicated paediatric hospital at St Helier.

Main duties of the job

• Work across critical care, paediatrics, surgery and a variety of medical specialties.
• Perform ward‑based tasks, chart reviews, clinical interventions and optimise medication regimens.
• Provide patient education on medications and screen discharge prescriptions.
