The ThamesWater Shared Apprenticeship Scheme, is a bespoke apprenticeship programmesponsored by Thames Water to address the skills gaps within their supply chain.The scheme features a compulsory industry rotation to enable apprentices to getexperience in different environments and boost the chances of furtheremployment in the sector.

Civil engineers support the planning, design, building, management, maintenance or dismantling of buildings, structures, and infrastructure. They will use and apply engineering principles and techniques, carry out calculations and data analysis, prepare and produce sketches and diagrams. Duties typically include:
