Rotating QA/QC Inspector

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Having experiences in any outages / shutdown activities mainly power plant
• Experienced in bearing replacement for industrial-duty axial and centrifugal fans, including bearing installation
• Experienced in blade replacement of fans with variable pitch blade mechanisms, including pitch control system handling, blade installation, and post-replacement fan balancing
• Having knowledge on basic NDT methods plant fan systems such as Induced Draft Fans (IDF), Forced Draft Fans (FDF), and Primary Air Fans (PAF)
• Well versed in alignment using conventional and laser methods. Experience in API 686 installation and alignment practices
• Extensive knowledge with the relevant codes and standards such as API 686

Qualifications:

• Minimum five (5) years relevant experience in rotating equipment inspection at supervisory level, including pumps, gearboxes, motors, and power
