Position Summary: This position will perform engineering duties for Core team, coordinate the work of the Core Engineering staff, and provide mentorship for the Core Engineering staff.

Direct and coordinate daily engineering activities, including engineering schedule management (prioritize work, assign projects).

Track subordinate designers' progress, evaluate performance & results.
