What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

+ Provide both operational and strategic financial support to manufacturing business partners and Finance functional leadership.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (Manufacturing, HR, and other functions), anticipating business needs in a proactive manner.
+ Help business partners understand the broader business context and how initiatives and projects align with operational strategy and enterprise goals.
+ Assess and evaluate the financial performance of the Rosario Plant in relation to long-term operational objectives, budgets, and forecasts.
+ Support the development of annual financial objectives aligned with the business partner’s growth and expansion plans.
