Room Trainer PM and AM

The Room Trainer’s role is to ensure that all employees are properly and efficiently trained and integrated into the company at the required levels, ensuring that operational tasks are performed correctly, safely, and up to the required standards. On a typical working day, the Trainer spends the majority of their time in production areas.

Additionally, the Room Trainer collaborates with the Departmental Manager and Training team to ensure business compliance and employee competence by providing technical training on company procedures.

Main Responsibilities

• Train all company and agency colleagues on the lines in the production areas, ensuring all staff understand their job responsibilities.
• Train all company and agency colleagues on company procedures, ensuring they are signed off fully on the required company documentation including Technical Procedures, Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs), Toolbox Talks, etc.
