Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a designated room, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Work collaboratively with your team to plan and implement engaging learning activities that cater to individual children's needs, interests, and developmental stages.
• Observe and assess children’s progress, and maintain accurate records to provide feedback to parents and support their child's development.
