Room Leader – Early Years (Day Nursery & Preschool)

Salary – Starting from £30,804.40 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience). Hours: Permanent, Mon‑Fri, 40 hours per week.

Location – Gaydon, Warwickshire, CV35.

About the Nursery

The nursery is proudly Ofsted rated ‘Good’ and is situated in Gaydon, Warwickshire, just off the M40 on the Jaguar Land Rover site. It consists of age‑based rooms supporting children from 3 months to 5 years old, with cosy reading corners, imagination play areas, sensory corners and a bright outdoor space.

Role Overview

As a Room Leader you will lead, mentor, support and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education, help all children within the room to develop and meet their individual milestones, promote child welfare, health & safety and safeguarding, and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and other professionals.
