Room Attendant

• Clean and service guest rooms according to company standards
• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels
• Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and clean bathrooms
• Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, water, tea, coffee, and amenities
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor
• Ensure all assigned rooms are cleaned and ready on time
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Handle guest requests professionally and promptly
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and cleaning materials properly
• Assist in cleaning public areas when required

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Room Attendant, Housekeeper or cleaner. Experience in hotels, resorts, hospitals, or serviced apartments is preferred.
