We are seeking a motivated and dependable Top Tier Roofing Service Laborer to join our growing Service Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some roofing experience—or a strong desire to learn—who enjoys working outdoors and wants to build a long-term career in the roofing industry. You will work alongside experienced Foremen to support daily service operations, while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. This physically demanding position requires lifting, climbing, kneeling, and working in Arizona weather.

**Responsibilities**

+ Diagnose roof leaks accurately and efficiently.
+ Perform commercial and residential repairs and small installations.
+ Follow and promote 'safety first' practices at all times.
