**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Journeyman Roofers** for projects located in the **Reading, PA area** . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **up to $30/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Perform a full inspection of the existing roof system
+ Identify leaks, damage, ponding water, flashing issues, and structural concerns
+ Provide a written assessment and recommended repair or replacement plan
+ Remove damaged roofing materials where required
+ Clean and prepare the roof surface for repair or installation
+ Dispose of all removed materials in accordance with local regulations
+ Repair or replace roofing sections as required
+ Install new roofing materials (e.g., TPO, EPDM,...
