**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Journeyman Roofers** for projects located in the **Manhattan, KS area** . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$24-30/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Install TPO, EPDM, PVC, and modified bitumen systems
+ Perform seam welding using hot-air heat gun
+ Install flashings, coping, drains, and terminations
+ Assist with insulation and membrane layout
+ Follow roof plans and manufacturer specifications

**Requirements**

+ 2–3+ years of commercial flat/low-slope roofing experience
+ Experience with TPO heat welding equipment
+ Ability to read blueprints
+ Must have basic roofing tools (fully tooled is a plus)
