Our client is looking to recruit a Planned Works Roofer to join our Planned Maintenance Team, delivering high-quality roofing and external works across our housing stock. This role is critical in ensuring customers receive safe, compliant, and energy-efficient homes through the delivery of planned roofing renewals and associated works.

Planned Maintenance Team:

The Planned Maintenance Team delivers high-volume, short-duration construction activity across multiple sites, working collaboratively with in-house teams and subcontractors to deliver safe, efficient, and customer-focused outcomes.
What you’ll do
Carry out planned roofing works including strip and replacement of pitched (slate and tile) and flat roofing systems (felt, asphalt, single-ply) in domestic and low-rise commercial properties.
