POSITION DESCRIPTION

Social Worker / Community School Coordinator – 1.0 FTE at Ron Brent Elementary (School District No. 57, Prince George). Effective September 1, 2026. The coordinator enhances the educational, social, and cultural functioning of at‑risk students by addressing their physical, emotional and mental needs. The role reports to the school Principal/Vice Principal and collaborates with staff, students, parents and community members to develop, coordinate, supervise and evaluate community school programs and services.
