This is a long-term opportunity on a major construction project in Scotland. We are looking for an experienced, reliable Roller Operator looking for consistent, well-paid work over an extended programme. The project offers excellent earning potential with a structured rotation pattern.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Operating a ride-on roller to compact subbase, capping layers and finished surfaces to specification
• Working closely with the groundworks and civils team to ensure layers are compacted to the required standard
