As part of our Rolex team, you will be responsible for creating world‑class customer experiences within the Rolex Boutique at Harrods. You are the face of two iconic brands, driven by passion for our customers, product, and delivering the best in class service. You put customers at the heart of everything you do, building deep relationships and demonstrating exceptional product and Rolex knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide world‑class, personal customer service, demonstrate exceptional product knowledge, and build lasting customer relationships that naturally lead to achievement of revenue targets and repeat visits.
• Accurately identify client needs, clearly articulate key technical features and heritage benefits, and recommend suitable complementary or alternative Rolex references.
• Share ideas, insights and best practices with colleagues to support collective performance and continuous improvement within the Rolex business....
