Strong background in welding, fabrication, or metalworkingExperience operating CNC, PLC, or robotic manufacturing systemsWorking knowledge of ABB RAPID programming or similar control systemsSolid understanding of arc welding fundamentals and basic metallurgyExcellent attention to detail, with strong visual inspection capabilityProactive, methodical approach to problem-solving and troubleshootingStrong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively Required Experience
