**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 6 years in experience in hardware design, fleet maintenance, robotics service, or high-tech field engineering.
+ Experience in design engineering and use of associated CAD tools (OnShape, SolidWorks or similar 3D parametric CAD packages).
+ Experience writing technical manuals, SOPs, or maintenance logs for a wider team.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Comfortable working in a lab/warehouse setting and managing physical assets, driving for excellence in a 5S methodology setting.
+ Passion for robotics.
+ A mechanical intuition for identifying root causes of hardware failure in the field.
