Summary:
The QTI Group is hiring a Welding Team Member to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in a DIRECT HIRE role. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting spot welders, robotic welding systems, and performing high-quality stick welding. The Welding Team Member partners closely with the welding supervisor to ensure production goals and customer requirements are consistently achieved. Candidates with strong MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding abilities, along with Fanuc and Panasonic robot programming experience, are strongly encouraged to apply.
