Roadside Technician – RAC

Join the team that keeps the UK moving. As a Roadside Technician with a Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent) and at least 2 years’ experience, you’ll receive:

• Base salary: £36,400 with realistic OTE of £61,000. Top performers can earn significantly more through bonuses and enhanced overtime rates.
• Work schedule: Demand‑led shifts averaging 40 hours per week, with optional overtime available. Start and finish on your driveway.

Work Location

You’ll be part of the Exeter cluster, covering areas like Exeter, Exmouth, Sidmouth, Honiton, Tiverton, Newton Abbot, Torquay, Paignton, Dawlish. We organise work locally so you can start and finish at home, focusing your day on getting members back on the road in your local area.
