Roadside Technicians - Derby

We keep people moving when their plans are disrupted. This role is for experienced vehicle technicians who like variety, autonomy and being the person who makes the call at the roadside. You’ll start and finish from home, run your day from a fully equipped van, and use your diagnostic skills and judgement to get customers safely back on the road or arrange recovery when that’s the right choice.

If you prefer field-based work, clear outcomes, and direct customer contact over a workshop environment, you’ll fit here.

What You Can Expect

• £38k to £41.2k
• £8,000 bonus, plus a guaranteed additional £3,000 bonus in your first 12 months
• Realistic OTE of £55,000; top performers earn north of £60,000
• No overnight or 12-hour shifts; average 42.75 hours per week between 7am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday
• Alternating start times (7am/11am), two weekends off per month...
