About the role

Ventia manages the Western Roads Upgrade (WRU) network under a 20‑year Victorian Roads Construction and Maintenance contract, ensuring the network stays safe and reliable.

The Network Maintenance Manager will lead the operations team in the delivery of network maintenance and incident response services in accordance with contract specifications.

Key responsibilities include:
 

• Leading the Maintenance Team to ensure delivery of works
• Manage the planned maintenance program (routine and periodic)
• Maintenance activities according to safety, quality, cost, profit, time, environmental specifications
• Managing performance to achieve DTP/Contractual expectations
• Managing performance to achieve resource, asset and cost optimisation
• Manage maintenance personnel, network inspectors, incident response teams and sub-contractors
