- Maintain customer communication and negotiate transport rates
- Coordinate and record freight and transport costs
- Book, schedule, and manage shipments
- Oversee bookings with subcontractors in line with customer agreements
- Track shipments and provide track & trace updates
- Resolve logistical issues related to shipments
- Manage and maintain required transport documentation
- Maximize profitability by optimizing loading processes and coordinating with carriers
- Handle invoicing
- MBO/HBO working and thinking level
- Experience in logistics and transport is a plus
- Resilient under pressure and solution-oriented
