As a Senior Road Claims Representative, you’ll make a meaningful impact by helping customers recover from unexpected losses through leading on‑site investigations, evaluating coverage, and guiding customers and brokers through clear, empathetic communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle high‑value and/or complex claims, ensuring thorough analysis and appropriate resolution.
• Review new losses and prepare investigation plans.
• Contact insured parties to discuss loss details and arrange inspection appointments.
• Attend loss scenes to confirm facts through various investigation methods.
• Work with policyholders to explain the claims process for an efficient experience.
• Secure statements with policyholders, third parties, and independent witnesses.
• Secure photographs and diagrams of loss scenes and collect evidence to preserve subrogation.
