Job Title
Desired Start Date: asap
Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 40 hours per week
Shift and Time: 8-hour (5 shifts) 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. or (4 hours) 10-hour shifts 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Schedule Details:
Weekend Rotation: call only
On-call Requirements: max 8 on-call shifts in a 6-week period - call starts when shift ends, must be within 30 mins of hospital
Holidays Requirements: N/A
Floating Requirements: N/A
Experience Required: Epic, 3+ years plus years, Circulate, Must be proficient with Open Heart, vascular, general, a plus to scrub eyes
Experience Preferred: scrub, Da Vinci
License Required: IL License
Certificates Required: BLS
