RN/LPN Unit Manager

Unit Manager - Dementia Unit
is responsible for overseeing the care management of a population of patients within an assigned unit or clinical function. The position conducts the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the scope of the State’s Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse licensure.

Unit Manager coordinates resource utilization, timely and appropriate care interventions, and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction, while ensuring adherence to the center’s clinical systems and regulatory compliance.

Shift Available: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Weekdays/ Full-Time
