<p><b>$25K Sign On and $10K Relocation</b></p> <p>This position functions within the Urgent Care setting providing appropriate and timely nursing care for patients of all ages, promoting quality, evidenced based, and cost-effective health care outcomes.</p> <p>This position works within a nursing team consisting of RN's, LPN's, and Clinical Assistants. The RN will provide full assessments, prioritize patient needs/patient flow, perform skills and coordinate care as ordered by providers. In addition, the RN is expected to use critical thinking to work within standing orders to expedite care and patient services. As necessary, the RN may work in other nursing roles, so that departmental functions are covered daily.
